Communing Over Coffee, A Testimony

Today someone said, “I’m sorry” because I was struggling with a problem.

I touched her arm and said thank you for understanding my pain. When I had a stone cold heart, I hated it when people said “I’m sorry”.  I went on to say, now I can feel that you do care and want to understand my pain, and it is comforting.  Another girl commented that she also hated it when people told her “I’m sorry”.

I went on to say to my new friends that when my heart was shut off I couldn’t connect with other people. Since God has been changing my heart , I can now believe and receivie  love more easily.  I’m so happy God didn’t leave me like I was and that now, I can feel and receive other’s genuine love and concern for me.

...Thank you God!!
